I was too frightened to ask for help and wet myself during my stay on the trolley. The whole ordeal left me unable to leave my house for 2 years . I could not even put the bin outside the house. After a few sessions with you, I am going out for short distance and improving each time. I went to the local shop by myself the other day, which I have not done since my hospital experience.
