What should I expect?

The second attunement widens the healing channel to allow more life force and healing energy to come through the student. There is an increased connection to the intuitive creative aspect of the student. The focus of this workshop is the introduction of symbols to enhance the healing energy. Also Reiki level 2 the student is attuned to and learn the use of symbol, with this comes the skill of focusing healing on mental and emotional problems and distant healing those not physically present. A prayer treatment is taught to release the student/client from unhealthy situations or fears preventing growth. The ancestral line is also cleared providing healing to family situations and patterns. Support to the mental body is given using specific techniques and introducing affirmations.

Did you know there are crystals in electronic devices and they would not work without the presence of this crystal? Crystals make lovely gifts and look beautiful in homes. Their different properties promote health and healing in different areas of your life. If you are unsure where to start with crystal healing, we have listed three common ones below.

Did you know? Crystals absorb energies that can sometimes be negative, therefore you must cleanse your crystals every so often to clear other energies from them. There are several ways to do this including running them under water, leaving them under moonlight or using sage. While cleansing the crystals put your intentions into them to promote the positive cleansing, love, healing and protection.

Crystal research can be very enjoyable and interesting to find out which ones would benefit your life the most. Everybody is different so our crystal collections may vary, but they still create a very positive atmosphere and make very thoughtful gifts.

The action of crystals are capable of amplifying, healing and unblocking energy, also assisting with personal development.

This beautiful day working with colour cloths, focusing mainly on heart and confidence building also ensuring healing to occur. The four elements of nature and colour increases your awareness, therefore,opening your heart, releases harbouring hurt and loss. When working with colour it will increase energy flow, reduce stress, offer clarity and guidance. It awakens your passionate heart working with spiritual flame of healing with colour. This day will balance and energise you.

Set in the beautiful surrounds of the Knockmealdown Mountains with the four elements of nature.

1. Identifying blocks within you with the aid of colour healing.

2. Healing and unblocking your body/chakra through chakra balancing colour and guided meditation.

3. Silence periods in nature.

These beautiful days includes guided meditation, mindfulness, music, angel cards and healing with coloured cloths, handouts provided regarding reasons why blockages are occurring.

Healing With Painting Therapy Day ( Check calendar)
The Healing with Painting Day is a spiritual painting day, where you paint with actual colour paints. This Healing with Painting is a therapy in itself. It brings up and unblocks energy that you have closed down or blocked. It also unblocks energies with certain colours you use, with what paints you choose and how you paint. When you have painted you picture, I will give you feedback on what is coming up for you from past experiences and guidance on what's coming up around you, what the picture is about and the relevance it has with your physical, mental and emotional body. As the day goes through, it's amazing how many things come up for you, both emotionally, physically and mentally. healing with painting is such a lovely relaxing day where you get a chance to meditate whilst painting. This day will enable you to release tension, release pain and release hurt. It assists you to be you to be compassionate to yourself and release anger towards people who have been unkind. It's a really beautiful day of releasing energy, releasing tension, allowing you to heal your body and have a sense of wellbeing. Wellbeing is not just the absence of illness, it's about being healthy and happy, both at the same time.

DE-STRESS WORKSHOP (check calendar)
This special day is about allowing you to come away from the stresses and strains of modern day living, nurturing you and providing the tools and techniques to manage these overwhelming feelings. as you focus on your breath you become more in tune with your body and mind, therefore, tapping into where there is unease or blocks in your system. As you learn diaphragmatic breath work or becoming aware of your breath, this allows you to unblock or resolve the unease, stress within your head and body.

When working with breath it will increase energy flow, reduce stress, offer clarity and guidance.
